Después de tanto tiempo todavía no os he hablado de mis must de belleza, esos productos que yo considero imprescindibles para el día a día. hoy os contaré los que uso para cuerpo y cara.

Es obvio que a cada una nos funcionan unas determinadas cosas, pero estas son con las que yo me encuentro bien, ello no significa que no haya otras que funciones igual de bien.

Para la cara considero imprescindible la limpieza, aunque debo confesar que alguna vez presa del cansancio me he ido a la cama sin lavarla. ¡ Muy mal!. Ya sabes que una buena limpieza ayuda a regenerar el rostro durante la noche.  Exfoliante, tónico, serum y una buena crema para el contorno de ojos, que a estas alturas debe ser efecto lifting, antiarrugas…

Para el cuerpo uso la crema de Kiel’s  o nivea, de toda la vida.  Cuando  estaba embarazada empecé a usar crema antiestrias, después de tantos embarazos, fue una gran idea haber empezado a usarla porque mi piel n se ha resentido.

Y como final de fiesta, un anticelulitico, yo uso el de Roc, me gusta la textura y el aroma.

Para las manos, a veces olvidadas,  me gusta un tratamiento de Mary Kay ¡ fantastico!.

Pero creo que lo más efectivo para la belleza cotidiana es sentirse a gusto con una misma, sentirte bien por dentro porque eso se va a reflejar en tu piel. Pero de esto os hablaré en otro post.

And as a final party, an anti-cellulite, I use the Roc, I like the texture and aroma.

For hands, sometimes forgotten, I like Mary Kay treatment fantastic !.

But I think the most effective for everyday beauty is to feel at ease with it, feel good inside because that will be reflected in your skin. But of this I will discuss in another post.
